The Pony Carousel in Vienna's Prater has come back to life. Completely without horses but with all the more ambience, the heads of the Wiener Rösthaus implemented a wild but still dignified gastro concept. In collaboration with the designer duo Robin Molenaar and Yvonne Krisch, we designed the interior of the restaurant. A large-scale band of glass-filled steel profiles follows the line of the kitchen counter, thus separating it from the guest area. Together with the freestanding bar counter, these are grouped around the central element in the middle of the room, the Molzer organ.
